Pricing is simple we do a flat $1000/month fee to manage ALL promotions related to the events.  This includes email follow up, ad management (both Facebook and Google Ads), ad creatives and any SMS follow up.

 

The only other costs to you would be ad spend which we set as either a daily spend up to goal numbers of RSVPs – or as a campaign total for spend over the entire period running up to the event.

 

Depending on market and service/procedure you are promoting we typically see ad spends range from $500 – $2000 for one event.

 

Quick math would dictate that at the top of end of this scale if we had $2000 in ad spend and a $1000 management fee we would want to target a procedure or service where we would have high likelihood of converting at least $15k in booked appointments to target a solid 5X+ ROI for this marketing vertical.

 

We do HIGHLY recommend that you have internal staff do some follow up phone verification on RSVPs.  This can typically be easily worked into normal day to day appointment confirmation and follow up call routines.
